I hope everyone is ready for the weekend!  Spring break is here and many families, parents and children alike, will have plans to be out and about.  This is just a friendly reminder to keep prioritizing the basic oral hygiene routine of flossing 1x/day and brushing 2x/day.

Even if you’re tired at night or rushed in the morning, sustaining your oral hygiene will help you in the long run with a healthy bright smile.  Toothpaste should contain a fluoride concentration and floss should be at the ready.  If you’re prepared to add to your regimen, think about using a high fluoride mouth rinse or trying out a water flosser or massaging your gums with a rubber tip routine.  These are all great accessories to maintaining great oral health.
